Authorized Watch Repair Service Centers

Authorized Watch repair service centers are authorized repair shops that brands use to provide repairs and maintenance on their timepieces. Unlike taking your watch to a local repair shops, these service centers are often much less personal and involve sending your watch away. These centers all have different sets of rules and processes for sending in your repair. You can locate the information for your brands service center below.

If you are looking for repairs to be done within your warranty, you will need to provide an original receipt showing date of purchase, price of purchase, and the model number of your watch. If your watch is outside of the warranty the service center will provide you a repair cost estimate prior to fixing your watch.

Some manufacturers do not have service centers but require you to bring the watch into one of their boutiques. From there they send to their service center on your behalf.
